Delete your account.

You can request deletion here without installing the app or signing in. In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This closes your account and removes personal profile, device, health and notification data after ownership is verified.

We will contact you on your registered phone to verify the request. Never send us an OTP, password or identity document through this form. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any necessary delay.

Tax invoices and payment records are retained for the applicable statutory period (normally eight financial years). Records needed for outstanding refunds, fraud investigations or legal disputes are restricted and retained only as needed. Deleting an account does not automatically refund an active membership or order; staff will explain outstanding services before proceeding.
