Accepting these terms
By using the website at https://bhimsventures.com, applying for membership or signing in to the member app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.
If you sign a membership form at the venue, that form and these terms apply together. Where they conflict on a point about your specific membership, the form wins.
The website
The website is for information and enquiries only. It lets you read about the club and send us a membership enquiry. Nothing is bought or sold on it; all purchases happen in the member app. We try to keep the information on the site accurate, but details such as prices, programmes and hours can change and we do not promise the site is complete or up to date at every moment.
Membership
Membership is by application. Staff review each application and may accept or decline it. Membership is personal to you and cannot be lent, shared or transferred. Fees, duration and what is included are set by the plan you choose and shown before you pay.
We may suspend or end a membership if fees are unpaid, if club rules are broken, or if staff or other members are treated abusively. Any refund in that situation follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your member app account
One phone, one device. Your verified phone number is your account, and the app binds that account to the first device you sign in on. To move to a new phone, ask a staff member at the venue to reset the binding; we will check who you are first.
- Keep your number current. If you change or give up your phone number, tell us at once so we can move or release it. Until you do, whoever holds the number could receive your sign-in codes.
- Never share a one-time code with anyone, including someone claiming to be from BHIMS. We will never ask for it.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.
- We may end a session or refuse a sign-in when we believe the account is at risk.
Club rules and safety
The club is shared with other members. To keep it safe and pleasant:
- Follow the instructions of staff and trainers. They can stop an activity or ask you to leave if they judge it unsafe.
- Use equipment responsibly, as it is intended, and put it back. Report damage or faults rather than working around them.
- Your medical fitness is your responsibility. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme, tell staff about any condition that could affect you while training, and stop if you feel unwell.
- Wear suitable footwear and clothing for the activity. No alcohol, drugs or smoking on the premises.
- Photograph or film other people only with their consent.
- Look after your belongings. We provide space to store them but cannot accept responsibility for loss.
Staff may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for breaking these rules.
Court bookings
Padel and pickleball courts are booked through Project Play. Links from our website and app take you to their platform. Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds for court time are made with Project Play under their terms, and we are not responsible for their platform or its availability. Once you are on court, our club rules apply.
Café, nutrition and orders
Orders from Le Petit Café and the nutrition hub are placed and paid for in the member app and collected at the venue. We do not deliver or ship. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, ask staff before ordering; we will tell you what we know, but we cannot guarantee any item is free of a given ingredient. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Reward points
Reward points are a thank-you, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are earned and redeemed under the rules shown in the app, which we may change with notice in the app. We may adjust or remove points that were awarded in error, that relate to a refunded purchase, or where an account is closed for breaking these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or the app. In particular, do not:
- Try to access an account, data or system you are not authorised to use.
- Interfere with how the site or app works, or probe it for weaknesses.
- Copy or scrape content at scale, or use automated tools against the service.
- Give false information, impersonate anyone, or sign in with a phone number that is not yours.
Intellectual property
The BHIMS name and logo, the Le Petit Café name, and the text, photographs and design on the website and in the app belong to us or are used under licence. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
We run the club with reasonable care and skill. Sport and training carry an inherent risk of injury, and we cannot remove that risk entirely. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for injury that results from ignoring staff instructions, misusing equipment or not telling us about a relevant medical condition.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, contact us first; most problems are solved with a conversation. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, the courts at Patiala, Punjab, India have jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the website or app after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions about them can go to info@bhimsventures.com.
